Does Free mean one lifetime backup?
No. Free allows one manual attempt per rolling 24 hours across the account and exposes the latest fully successful snapshot. An older successful snapshot becomes cleanup-eligible only after its replacement succeeds.
What happens to partial or failed backups?
The latest successful Free snapshot stays accessible while a later attempt is partial or unsuccessful. Full Access retains successful and partial snapshot history.
What happens when a connection is replaced?
Removed or replaced integration history follows a 30-day support-only archive window. Incomplete inaccessible payloads use a configured cleanup deadline, currently specified as 72 hours.
How long is a generated ZIP available?
Generated ZIP files provide a portable copy for download. Save them promptly to your chosen archive location.
