How it works
From a supported connection to useful independent history
Keep setup focused: authorize read access, choose supported record groups, run a backup, then browse and download what was captured.
- 01
Choose the platform
Select one supported PSA, helpdesk, service-management, or billing integration. Each integration page explains its native record groups and limits.
- 02
Connect least-privilege credentials
Use a dedicated identity and the vendor's documented read permissions. Credentials and region/tenant details vary by vendor.
- 03
Capture a dated snapshot
Manual limits depend on plan. Full Access also supports eligible daily backups. Collection failures stay visible instead of being treated as empty data.
- 04
Browse, compare, and download
Search supported history, compare retained versions, inspect records absent from a later capture, and download snapshot data.
Before an outage or deletion
Useful historical access starts with records captured before access changes. Review the native export and recovery guides when planning your archive.
