Choose the official import route
Syncro supplies named historical-data importers for Autotask, ConnectWise PSA and Atera. Select the importer for the actual source product before preparing a generic spreadsheet.

Prepare people and business context
Syncro is transitioning Customers to Organizations and Contacts to End Users. Record both labels in your mapping sheet. Decide which source identifiers to retain for customers, contacts, tickets and comment authors, and establish a destination owner for inactive technicians.
Validate before repeating
Choose a pilot containing closed work, several comments and a customer with multiple contacts. Review the source-specific migration guides below before retrying: each importer has its own duplicate behavior. Reconcile invoices, time, files and knowledge-base content as separate workstreams.
Prepare the organization CSV
The Organization import guide requires at least two of firstname, lastname, business_name, email and phone on every row. Temporarily remove required-field settings as documented, then restore them after import. Use a sample organization export to prepare the semicolon-separated custom_fields field:value pairs. Inspect Import Results; refreshing that results page is safe, while submitting a new import is a separate action.
